The short version: WaterVPN is a strict no-logs VPN. We do not collect, store, or share any data about your internet activity, connection history, or IP addresses. We have nothing to hand over because we collect nothing.

1. Who We Are

WaterVPN ("we," "us," "our") operates the WaterVPN application and the website at watervpn.io. Our service routes your internet traffic through 5G mobile carrier connections to provide privacy and security online.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to provide our service:

Account information: Your email address and a hashed password when you register.
Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
App diagnostics: Crash reports may be collected anonymously to improve app stability. These contain no personally identifiable information.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We have a strict no-logs policy. We never collect, store, or log:

Your browsing history or the websites you visit
Your real IP address or the IP addresses you connect to
VPN session timestamps or connection durations
Bandwidth usage per user
DNS queries
Any traffic content or metadata

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used solely to:

Create and manage your account
Process subscription payments via Stripe
Send transactional emails (account confirmations, support responses)
Respond to support tickets you submit

5. Our Infrastructure

WaterVPN servers are owner-operated physical hardware using real 5G SIM cards. We do not use shared cloud infrastructure. Each server handles a maximum of 5 simultaneous users to ensure performance and privacy. No third-party cloud provider has access to our servers or your traffic.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except:

Stripe: Payment processing only. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Legal requirements: We may be required to disclose account information (email address only — we have nothing else) if compelled by a valid legal order. Since we do not log activity data, we cannot provide information that does not exist.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your email and account information are permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained by Stripe in accordance with their policies and applicable financial regulations.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your subscription

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your password is hashed using bcrypt and is never stored in plain text. Our VPN tunnel uses VLESS+Reality with TLS 1.3 — the same cryptographic standard used by major financial institutions.

10. Children's Privacy

WaterVPN is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of WaterVPN after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
