By using WaterVPN, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. The key points: use our service legally, don't abuse it, and we'll keep your connection fast, private, and secure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WaterVPN application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WaterVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that routes your internet traffic through 5G mobile carrier connections to enhance your online privacy and security. Our service includes the WaterVPN mobile application, servers, and supporting infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WaterVPN. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration

To use WaterVPN, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Providing accurate and current information

You may not share your account with others. Each subscription is for a single user.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WaterVPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use our Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
Harass, threaten, or harm any person or entity
Distribute malware, spam, or any malicious software
Conduct unauthorized port scanning or network intrusion
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
Circumvent laws specific to your jurisdiction where doing so is illegal
Access systems or data without authorization
Engage in activities that could damage or overload our infrastructure

Important: WaterVPN is provided as a privacy and security tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not condone illegal activity.

6. Subscription and Billing

WaterVPN offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly: $15.00 per month, billed monthly
Annual: $100.00 per year, billed annually ($8.34/month)
Free Trial: Limited trial period with full access, no credit card required

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app (Account → Subscription → Cancel). Upon cancellation:

Your access continues until the end of the current paid period
No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans
Annual plans may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied
After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WaterVPN may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance when possible)
Emergency repairs or infrastructure issues
Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Server Capacity Policy

To ensure quality of service, each WaterVPN server is limited to a maximum of 5 simultaneous users. If a server reaches capacity, you will be prompted to select an alternative server. This policy exists to guarantee fast, stable connections for all users.

10. No-Logs Policy

WaterVPN does not log your internet activity, browsing history, IP addresses, or connection timestamps. Our no-logs policy is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The WaterVPN application, website, logo, and all related materials are the exclusive property of WaterVPN. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

WaterVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We make no warranty regarding the results you may obtain from using the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WaterVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may appeal a termination by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which WaterVPN operates.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
